AI Credit and Agent Payments

Mapping authorization, wallets, spending limits, refunds, and machine-mediated transactions.

Agents will not only recommend actions. They will request tools, run workflows, consume services, and spend budgets on behalf of users. A wallet alone is not enough.

Agent payments need a richer permission model: who can spend, what they can spend on, how much, under what conditions, with what logs, and how a human can stop or reverse the action.

Agent 支付需要更丰富的权限模型：谁可以花钱、花在什么上、花多少、在什么条件下花、留下什么日志，以及人类如何停止或撤销 action。
